Founder & Consultant
My day job is as a Consulting Systems Engineer at Pure Storage, where I help Fortune 50 financial institutions design and implement technology solutions. It's taught me how to diagnose what's actually costing a business time and money, and how to fix it with the right tools instead of the trendiest ones.
I started Synsera because I kept seeing the same problem closer to home. The businesses in my own community, salons, contractors, fitness studios, consultants. They were doing everything manually. Missed leads, no follow-ups, hours burned on tasks that AI can handle in seconds. They didn't need an enterprise platform. They needed someone who understood the technology and could make it work for them.
I have a dual degree in Computer and Electrical Engineering from Loyola University Maryland, and I'm based in Monmouth County, NJ. Whether you're a one-person operation or a growing team, I approach every engagement the same way: find what's broken, fix it, and measure the result.
